Sinks:
Stainless Steel & Copper: 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Fireclay: 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Fireclay sinks also carry a 10-year warranty against fading/staining of the glaze.

Faucets: 
All faucets and accessories carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship only.  Mechanical Components are warranted against defects for 5 years from original faucet purchase.  The finishes for faucets and accessories are warranted for 2 years against tarnishing, peeling, and staining.

This warranty does not apply to Living Finishes such as the Evolution series (weathered copper, and weathered bronze).  These finishes have no warranty.

Whitehaus products are warranted for normal use and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration.  This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, lime scale, aggressive water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials.  If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material.  Our warranties are not transferable.  Whitehaus is not liable for consequential damage, labor loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever. 

This warranty applies to residential applications.  Commercial/Industrial/Business applications are warranted for 1 year from original purchase date.

EAGO products are warranted to the original customer to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Toilets come with a 5 year limited warranty on all porcelain parts against fading/staining of the glaze & 1 Year on flushing mechanism & toilet seat.
Whirlpool Tubs offer a 1 year limited warranty on all parts.
